Privacy and security concerned individuals, as well as innovative, agile start-ups and small businesses who do not have such resources at their disposal, often find themselves unable to fully benefit from cyber security solutions that often require resource intensive customisation, maintenance and monitoring. As a result, individuals and SMES end up admitting that protecting their online communication is too troublesome, expensive, complex and, at the end of the day, fundamentally impossible.
